Step 1 – Search, Select & Choose Your Treatment Dates

Go to The Renal Traveller Website or open The Renal Traveller app.

In the search bar, type your destination city or country (e.g. “Dubai”, “Marrakech”, “Antalya”).
Explore verified clinic profiles — see photos, price per treatment, transport availability, accepted insurance, and languages spoken.
Click Book Now to start.
Select your treatment type → Haemodialysis (HD) or Haemodiafiltration (HDF)
Choose your treatment dates
Pick your preferred shift (morning, afternoon, evening, or night)

Step 2 – Fill In Your Personal Information

Once your treatment dates are selected, you’ll be asked for personal details to complete the request.

Provide:

Your full name
Email address and phone number (with country code)
Date of birth
Preferred language

If you’re logged in, your details will automatically appear from your saved profile.

Step 3 – Upload Documents & Submit Your Booking

Upload your medical documents securely to allow the clinic to confirm your treatment:

Medical Report (mandatory): summary from your nephrologist or dialysis centre
Serology Report (mandatory): latest infection screening (Hepatitis B/C, HIV, etc.)
Proof of Identity (mandatory): passport or government ID
Insurance Document (optional): EHIC/GHIC or private insurance (if applicable)

After uploading:
